Delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. The process is immediate and permanent.

In the app

  1. Open the app and go to Settings
  2. Tap Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

This permanently deletes your account, all messages, contacts, and check-in history. It cannot be undone.

Need help?

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account manually within 30 days.
