If You Read This works by having you check in on a regular interval you set. As your deadline approaches, we send you SMS reminders so you can open the app and reset the clock before anything goes out to your contacts.

You control the interval. You control when reminders arrive. No marketing messages, no promotions, nothing else.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from this number at any time. You will be immediately removed and will not receive any further messages. Reply HELP for support.
